Banners

Xpress Signs have worked with The Pedder Group for the last 10 years and have provided us with a superb service throughout that period. They undertake all of our agency board work as well as our office signage which is delivered on time and within budget. They are a like-minded family business and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Current Trends

Banners have long been a cost effective way of getting maximum marketing exposure. Made from PVC, they are custom made to fill any space and can be fixed in a variety of manners. From simple banners cable tied to railings right up to enormous building wraps fitted using elaborate cable systems, there is a banner to suit every requirement.

Mesh banners have become very popular and are used to reduce the wind tolerance on scaffolds and fencing. Solid PVC banners are preferred for better visibility, where wind pressure is not an issue.

Manufacture

Once the design has been finalised, the artwork is passed to our production team. Banners are made from a variety of material thickness, depending on requirements. All banners are digitally printed and where large banners are required, each strip is heat welded together. All flat banners come with hems and eyelets as standard, double sided banners are produced with pockets at the top and bottom to hang on protruding poles.

Installation

Our trained team of installers have been fitting banners since we started in 1998. Over the years we have built up a wealth of knowledge from simple fitting up to complicated systems. Our in house aerial platform allows us to reach up vertically to 16m, ensuring we do not need to rely on a third party for any part of the install process. We stock a range of banner pole and cable fixings systems giving you peace of mind your banner is being installed in the correct way. All our installations are covered by our £5m public liability insurance.
