General Signage

A ‘can do’ attitude, ably matched by the ability to get the job done. And done very well.

Matthew Gowar Creative Director, Energy Design Studio

Manufacture

Due to the uniqueness of each board, we generally print them all digitally. This provides a low cost and fast solution to producing your signage. If however you require certain colours or effects that are not possible to produce digitally, we can also manufacture your signs either by screen printing or in vinyl. For example metallic colours or reflective boards.

Our commercial/development boards are generally printed onto correx and then attached onto a wooden frame. This ensures they are sturdy and once fixed remain securely in place. Signs can also be produced onto other substrates if required from a smooth foam board through to more permanent metal panels. Typical sizes are 4’by3’ and 5’by4 for commercial and 6’by4’ for development. We can however make boards to any size dependant on your requirements. Our digital print facility also provides ‘Panel & Post’ style permanent signs.

Installation

Having installed commercial/development signage since 1998, Xpress Signs have developed a team experienced in taking on jobs of all sizes. We regularly use ‘cherry-pickers’ for those harder to reach jobs and have even been known to call in a specialist abseil team when access simply wasn’t possible from the ground.

Our dedicated full time commercial installation teams work separately from the residential sign installers. They are trained specifically with commercial work in mind with particular onus on safety. Each team has both the skills and the equipment to ensure your commercial signage goes up on time, correctly and above all safely.
